What’s included in this ceremony planning?

~ initial meeting to complete the Notice of Intended Marriage and discuss how the ceremony will proceed. We can do this over coffee at a cafe or by zoom.

~ email contact as required.

~ couples questionnaire to complete, this will help me with writing your ceremony.

~ preparation and ceremony writing, three re-drafts included. Assistance with writing your personal vows.

~ on-site (preferably) rehearsal with you and your bridal party. You will also sign the Declaration of No Legal Impediment to Marry form.

~ if you have a family member or bestie doing a reading, I will liaise with them and offer assistance as required.

~ signing of the marriage certificate.

~ lodgement of your marriage with Births, Deaths & Marriages.

How do the add-ons work?

You can select these add-ons to your ceremony to add a personal touch, there is no obligation though. These services will be supplied, arranged and set up by myself.

~ Floral Arbour (three different shapes)

~ Cake decorated in buttercream with fresh florals for up to 80 guests (2 tiers)

~ Cake decorated to your personal preference

~ Bride’s bouquet and button hole for Groom

~ Application for your formal marriage certificate to be mailed to you $69 (you need this to change your name)

~ ceremony styling including chair set up and floral decorations, on the day coordination with other vendors

~ ceremony signage welcome sign and decorative props

~ Council permits for your ceremony venue
